1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelHistory.us (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TravelHistory.us is a consumer tool that extracts flight information from your Google Calendar events and presents it in a downloadable format. The Service:

• Analyzes calendar events you have stored in Google Calendar
• Attempts to identify and extract flight-related information
• Provides extracted data in CSV format for your personal use
• Operates on a BEST EFFORT basis with no guarantees of completeness or accuracy

3. No Government Affiliation

TravelHistory.us is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to:

• U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
• U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
• Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
• Any state, local, or foreign government entity

This is a private, independent service. Any data provided by the Service should not be considered official government records.

4. Best Effort Data Extraction

THE SERVICE PROVIDES DATA ON A "BEST EFFORT" BASIS ONLY. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy: Flight dates, times, routes, or other details may be incorrect due to parsing errors or ambiguous calendar data
• Completeness: Not all flights may be detected or extracted. Data is ONLY as complete as what exists in your Google Calendar
• Parsing Limitations: The Service uses automated parsing that may misinterpret calendar event formats, resulting in incorrect or missing flight information
• Data Source Dependency: If you did not add a flight to Google Calendar, or if the calendar event lacks sufficient detail, the flight will not appear in your results
• Reliability: Results depend entirely on the quality, format, and completeness of your Google Calendar data
• Compliance: Data may not meet requirements for government filings, visa applications, or legal proceedings

You are solely responsible for verifying all information before using it for any official purpose. The extracted data should be considered a starting point for your own manual verification, not a definitive record.

5. Data Privacy and Usage

WE DO NOT STORE USER DATA.

We do not store, sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond providing the Service.

• No Data Storage: We do not store your calendar events, flight records, or extracted travel data on our servers
• Temporary Access Only: Your Google Calendar data is accessed in real-time only to extract flight information during your active session
• Session-Based Authentication: OAuth credentials are stored locally in your session only and are not persisted
• No Data Retention: We do not retain your calendar events, flight data, or personal information after your session ends
• No Secondary Use: We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, AI training, or any other purpose
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties

You may revoke the Service's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you submit to government agencies, employers, or other entities
• You will independently verify all extracted flight information before relying on it
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You have the right to access and export data from your own Google Calendar

7. Payment and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

• Free tier provides access to the last 6 months of travel history
• Paid tier ($9.99/year) provides access to the last 5 years of travel history available in your Google Calendar
• Payment is annual with NO automatic renewal - you must manually renew each year
• Due to the immediate delivery of digital services, all purchases are non-refundable
• Service Shutdown: If the Service is discontinued or shut down at any time, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
• If the Service fails to extract data due to technical issues on our end, we may issue a discretionary refund at our sole discretion

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INACCURATE DATA, MISSING DATA, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON EXTRACTED INFORMATION
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DENIED VISA APPLICATIONS, TAX PENALTIES, IMMIGRATION ISSUES, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE
• YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (MAXIMUM $9.99).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelHistory.us, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your reliance on extracted data for official purposes
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Shut down the Service permanently for any reason, including but not limited to business closure, technical issues, or lack of profitability
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Change pricing with 30 days notice

In the event of service shutdown, no refunds will be provided for any unused subscription time.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Google Calendar API and Google OAuth. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services, policies, or any issues arising from their platforms.

12. Not Legal, Tax, or Immigration Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR IMMIGRATION ADVICE.

Consult qualified professionals for guidance on:

• Visa applications and immigration filings
• Tax residency determinations and reporting
• Legal matters requiring certified travel records

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
